My sweet Grace,
Today you woke up smiling. You’re such a content baby. You had applesauce for breakfast, I held you in my lap as I fed you. You’re nursing right now, and I am noticing that your little scalp is flaky - probably from dry skin. Your hair is a light brownish red.
Mommy had to have allergy testing done - 108 shots in the left upper arm. You cried through the entire procedure, even though it was Mommy getting the shots, and Mommy had to hold you in her right arm.
This is my journey in mothering my miracles. There are love letters to my children and reflections on discovering that autism resides within our home, and embracing it."BY WISDOM A HOUSE IS BUILT, AND THROUGH UNDERSTANDING IT IS ESTABLISHED; THROUGH KNOWLEDGE ITS ROOMS ARE FILLED WITH RARE AND BEAUTIFUL TREASURES." PROVERBS 24: 3-4
