Gracie,
Ah, sweet baby girl. I feel like you have grown 5 inches overnight! You are so tall. And you have such an adorable bottom tooth peeking out of your smile now. You are into everything! Up the stairs faster than I can shut the baby gate. Into the china cabinet over and over. . . I need to buy a baby proof lock for it!
I am so proud of you and how you have just emerged into this wonderful little person with SO MUCH personality! You only cuddle when you are sleepy now, and I am saddened by that. Oh, I love to cuddle you! We went to the County Fair today and there was a group of about 15 kids playing different instruments. You were the youngest (and by far the cutest in my opinion - equal to your brother of course) and you were just shaking the maracas like crazy! You definitely added your sweet melodies to the music of my life today little one. Oh my, and I have to tell you that I was stopped multiple times today by people ogling over how cute you were in your little flower bonnet! You are a star babe!
This is my journey in mothering my miracles. There are love letters to my children and reflections on discovering that autism resides within our home, and embracing it."BY WISDOM A HOUSE IS BUILT, AND THROUGH UNDERSTANDING IT IS ESTABLISHED; THROUGH KNOWLEDGE ITS ROOMS ARE FILLED WITH RARE AND BEAUTIFUL TREASURES."
